TIME
Your order will be dispatched from Oui Chérie Oui office in Bangkok, Thailand within 1 – 5 working days upon order confirmation.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING DURATION
Orders placed in Thailand are delivered within 3 – 5 business days. International orders are delivered within 4 – 14 business days.
*Please note that the pandemic has affected all shipping services and therefore there might be delays.
SHIPPING FEE
Domestic orders (Thailand) are dispatched via registered Thailand Post, free of charge. International orders (all other countries) are dispatched via DHL with a flat rate of 500 THB. Orders above 2000 THB enjoy complementary shipping. The option is automatically available at checkout.
TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES
Any taxes or customs fees as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Retuns
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information. Postage incurred will be borne by us. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) 20 days (international orders) from order fulfilment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours.
